David Reynolds
David
Reynolds is Professor of Education at the University of Plymouth, UK and has an
international reputation for his work on school effectiveness, teacher
effectiveness and, more recently, dyslexia. He has published 17 books and over
200 academic papers and chapters and has held research grants totaling
approximately $4 million over the years.
He has had a high level of involvement in the British Government's educational
policy since 1999 in areas such as Performance Management, Threshold
Assessment, the City Academies, Innovation and Teacher Effectiveness.
