Program Advisors
Position Summary:
DORE offers a drug-free, exercise-based remediation program for children,
adolescents and adults with symptoms and/or diagnosis of learning differences
such as ADD, AH/HD, dyslexia and developmental coordination disorder.
We are seeking Program Advisors to market and present our services to
prospective clients.

This position requires that successful candidates possess solid oral and
written communication skills, have a keen desire to help others and are
comfortable visiting with prospective clients in their homes to assess
suitability and to initiate enrollment.
Key duties, in addition to prospective client interviews include participation
in local lead generation activities and special event opportunities to generate
program inquiries and achieve program enrollment goals.
Requirements:

2+ years of sales experience and/or event marketing experience with successful,
demonstrable track record

Must be available to work evenings and weekends

BA/BS Degree helpful

Must possess superior written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal departments as well as
external customers

Must be able to prioritize varied and fast-paced work load

Must be attentive to detail, able to take direction, be task oriented and be a
self-starter

Must be familiar with Windows XP, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS
Outlook

Candidate must be able to travel within a 50-mile radius of their residence
